Absolutely the most terrible customer service I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing. An agent from this company caused my escrow account to fall almost 5k in the negativies and have two open policies on my home. I had to do most of the leg work myself and contact the insurance company directly several times just to get answers. When I started off with this company I was referred to one person by my mortgage company and she was fantastic. Somehow I got pawned off onto this new guy and I swear. I hate to give a bad review based on just one incompetent person, but he is representing this company and I would be embarrassed if I had someone like him working for me.
