Lack of follow up. Called last month to get a quote for my primary residence and told them I also needed insurance for my businesses, rentals, equipment. Quote was given for my primary residence but was told we should wait until 10/11 to get a better price because a claim would fall then. Lady I spoke with said she would call me back to get it set up but she never did. I called last week, left a voice message and I did receive a call back but I was in a meeting when she called. Asked her to call me back next day and she never called back. I have called them several times and they never answer the phone. I was really looking forward to doing business with them based on the reviews they have. Too bad I didn’t experience that level of customer care.

Jason and his team made switching insurance a breeze. His team was able to find me a very competitive car insurance rate with more coverage than I had before. Will definitely recommend Goosehead to anyone looking to change insurance!
