Goosehead Insurance - Carol Kilpatrick

Unresponsive doesn't even cover it, dismissive and patronizing when you need anything. However, if they need something from you, they contact you with calls and emails multiple times a day. Carol Kilpatrick has been a disappointment. I would not recommend this company as there are plenty of other companies out there that won't be a total rip-off, I can't even imagine if I actually needed to make a claim what they're attitude would be. Good riddance. If you'd like receipts I've got them. You've replied quicker to this review than you have to any email, text or phone call. I'm still waiting from sep 8th! I would like the document I requested emailed to me as I will no longer be affiliated with you or this company.

Carol is great to work with when I get a call from her. It’s always a long conversation like a cousin I haven’t spoken to in years!! You can tell she loves what she does for work. Exceptional customer service, and follows up

I had a wonderful experience with Carol. I gave her some parameters for what I was looking for and she found me an auto insurance policy that met my coverage objectives while not breaking the bank. She answered all of my questions over the phone (even though it was past 8pm) which I was appreciative of especially since I was trying to make a quick decision due to an auto renewal that was scheduled to occur the following morning (which I was trying to avoid). She was very knowledgeable and personable. Would definitely recommend her.
