If I could give zero stars, I would. Goosehead Insurance has been an absolute nightmare to deal with across the board—for over a year and a half now, they have mishandled every single policy I had with them. They insured two of my properties and my car, and somehow managed to screw up every step of the way: 1. They requested a full year’s worth of my car insurance payment from my mortgage company—something no reputable agency should ever do. And since mortgage companies don’t question those requests, mine paid it—on top of my homeowners insurance. This completely messed up my escrow account, and now my monthly mortgage payment has increased due to their mistake. 2. On a second mortgage, they initially quoted me a homeowners insurance rate that was reasonable and aligned with my mortgage p
