My father told me he had cancelled his policy here and the agent said that they would take care of it. But the problem here was that they continued to charge him for 3 months even after cancelling his policy. In total they charged him over $1,200. The agent never “took care of it” and they only returned $600 back and said that it wasn’t their fault and couldn’t do anything else. I wouldn’t recommend this branch.
