Very disappointed. I waited two days just to get a quote. I was told I would receive my certificate within a few hours, but it never happened. I followed up on Monday, waited all day, and still received nothing. When I asked to speak to the owner, he wasn’t available. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place.

I am not happy at all. I waited two days just to get a quote. After I agreed to pay, I paid $1,330 on Friday and was told I would receive my certificate within a couple of hours. That never happened. I waited until Monday, called again, and they still didn’t have it ready. I waited all day and received nothing. When I asked to speak to the owner, they said he wasn’t there. They took my money and I’m still waiting for the certificate. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Extremely disappointed.

Mr. Fernando Took care of my insurance needs. He looked for the best rates. I was with USAA for over 15 year and it was time for a change.
