Worst instance company ever! Terrible customer service! 303$ for liability and I was his by another insured driver and they won’t help . The insurance argent as that’s why it important to pay the extra 200 on the 300 a month to make sure I’m covered. Disgusting. Worst experience I ever had ! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

Beware of all this insurance places is to good to be true every 6 month you are going to pay A big down payment plus 6 months loan program fee it say interest 🤣 and they are going to raise the monthly payment is the way they work so stay away from this insurance or called insurance i never had that issue before with other insurance the worst ever

by far Go auto insurance is the worst looks cheap at the first but you end up paying a lot more than other insurance every time you renew it they charge you big down payment and interest like if you are getting a loan take you business somewhere else

These are some of the Rudest no customer service having people I’ve ever encountered, they do not acknowledge you when you come into the office, the black lady peaked in from the back looked at us and went back to wherever was more important than customers in the lobby, girl with headset on don’t even look up to acknowledge it’s terribly disgusting to be treated this way when you are spending money with a company.. This is an awful look for a business they need to be trained in CUSTOMER SERVICE‼️
