Stay away from these guys. If you decide you are unhappy with their "service", you can not simply call and cancel your policy like most insurance providers. They expect you to write them a cancellation letter and mail it to them. The best part is that you do not get a warning on this (At least I did not). Ridiculous!! This is 2021... Not 1950! This insurance is a waste of money and to top it off, they make it unreasonably difficult to stop doing business with them! I had to issue a lifetime stop payment to be rid of this refuse of a company. I wish I could give them 0 stars!! 👍

GREAT COMPANY GREAT PEOPLE!! What a blessing & peace of mind it is having this coverage for our family. We never know what the future holds & with the 100% refund of premium there is nothing to loose by getting yourself protected, while there is so much to loose by putting it off. I love that my policies are portable so I'm covered even if I change jobs or when I retire! We will never be without coverage again. Thank you Family Heritage Life & God Bless!!!

VERY disappointed with my experience. A sales rep came into my place of work and presented there products to me and I ended up signing up for the policy. I specifically asked the rep what day they will auto draft my account because I would like to wait until payday due to the balance in my account. He assured me it wouldn't be until the day I specified. So I chose payday and signed up for the policy. They ended up auto drafting my account that day after they left and made my account negative and then the phone service was no help at all to resolve my issues. Very DISEPTIVE practices would not recommend

Jason was excellent. He went over everything and made sure he explained things in full detail as well as asked me if I had any questions. I’m glad they stopped by…it was a fast and easy process. I look forward being a long term client and telling others about this policy!!!
