The best insurance company to work with! Anytime we have needed to change or increase our coverage or acquire a COI, they have been spot on at taking care of everything. Their coverage is great and so are their rates! The Tree Company is our newest start up company and we immediately knew we would go with Glasgow Insurance because they work hand in hand with us through all of our endeavors!

Not only did they not return my call for the quote I called to get, I called them back to GET the quote…the girl did not apologize for not calling me back, she was a bit rude, acting if I was impositioning HER….she said she’d then email me the quote, I never received it! My last attempt! If someone has a customer wanting information and they don’t do all they can to answer, help & get the information they’re asking for, that says all I need to know about a company. When you have to call back two times and still don’t receive an answer, you go elsewhere.

The best people who is always helpful and respectful. Definitely recommend for great service for your insurance needs.
