State Farm is a terrible insurance company to begin with, and this office is absolutely a prime example of how ridiculously incompetent they are. I had insurance through this office for years and had nothing but problems the entire time. They even cancelled my auto pay without notifying me so that my insurance lapsed and they refused to work with me to fix it even though it was their fault. They are belligerent, incompetent, and rude. They also kept my ex's insurance points on my policy for months and months after we separated even though we both called and visited the office to have our policies completely separated. Even after 7 months, they couldn't get it straightened out. Gina and her employees SUCK.

Gina and her staff are the best. Been with them for 20+ years. State Farm is an excellent company, but Gina and her staff add that special personal touch. Highly recommended!

Such a wonderful and friendly staff. Helped me with quotes and showed that they truly care about their policy holders. A great experience in the chaotic mess of switching companies!
