Curtis Shields is crooked and was billing me, triple what I pay now with another company, the only reason I stayed with his company for as long as I did is I am the mother of his daughter. You would think he would be honest and not take advantage...... I requested multiple times for him to end my coverage. He wouldn't. I was billed AFTER i demanded for my coverage to be canceled. He is vindictive and hateful as is his mother. I would advise all to do your homework and keep doing it. He does not look for the best coverage. Nor is he the nice guuy he portrays to others. He is a cheat.

Associates are nice but that's not always what's important. Office has poor communication skills. They were given important notices from the insurance they set me up on and failed to give me those notices. I've been without insurance for a month now and now have to cover car damages out of pocket.

Curtis has insured my home and vehicles for years. They are professional and personal and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good insurance agent.

HAVE KNOWN CURT FOR MORE THAN 30 YEARS AND KNOW HIM AS A VERY HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY PERSON WHO HAS ALWAYS GONE OUT OF HIS WAY TO HANDLE ANY THING FROM A STUPID QUESTION TO A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH PROFESSIONALISM AND PROMPTNESS. WILL NOT FIND A BETTER AGENT FOR ANY OF YOUR NEEDS.
