**Edit** Bumping this up to 2 stars because Gilbert did reach out to me today on 2-5-26. He was unfortunately out of town which was his claim and he did see the emails today. He did care that I got this resolved and was eager to help. So I have to give the man some credit here and I'm sure he was nervous and I definitely wasn't rude. But I was taken with everything I had to go through which I confessed that to him. Heck I even had to pay an extra 80$ on top of my normal rate just to get it going again which I shouldnt of had to do. I did want the man to have some credit here and recognition for his reach out. I don’t know how this kind of employees are even able to be alone in agency, probably the worst customer service that I never had. Not recommended at all!

I was shopping for car insurance yesterday (2/12/2025) and I called this agents office and was answered by a rude woman. I kindly asked for a quote for 2 vehicles. I said I needed coverage as soon as possible and I gave her my email. I have yet to hear back and no quote. Do not recommend.

In ten years, I've never actually seen the agent, Gilbert Castillo. Always dealt with one of the women in his office. Now it turns out that I've been donating money (nearly $1000 / yr.) so State Farm could protect me financially if something bad ever happens to my home, only to find that when something bad DID happen... "I'm sorry, that's not covered in your policy..." Insurance is the biggest racket going.

Just got a new insurance person my agent passed and he was good in helping getting my policy moved to my side of town...
