I love my agents at erie in enola. They are very helpful professional and most of all there for me when I need them to do.sometging as small as change my payment method to when there was a unfortunate issue in August of 25. I have nothing but great things to say and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They were great at first a few years ago when we initially got the insurance but now as we are asking for new quotes, 3 weeks after my initial call and they are "still working on it". Three weeks and the only calls back were a direct result of us calling in asking for follow-up. I waited 2 weeks before the first call and it was on the desk but hadn't done much with it. Another week later no calls so we call back in and they are just working on a new quote. Meanwhile my car insurance is through the roof and I have to keep paying when my agent decides to lolly gag getting new quotes for us. Doesn't seem like they care too much for continued customers at this point.

EVERYTHING was taken care of, Literally within minutes of ending our call roadside service contacted me, picked up my car and delivered it to the shop. Every step with my claim was relayed to me from every dept. handling our situation. You can tell that there is complete communication between all involved in the claim process, it was so quick and easy. When I bought my car, I forgot my insurance card so I called to have a copy faxed.
