Eye have been a customer for years with this agency and nothing but love from them an are totally informed about the laws! Michelle is only amazing and eye have introduced a few people that share my experience and opinion about them! Keep up the great work ladies

I really wanted to support a small local business, but working with them has been nothing but a headache for me! They are very unresponsive and I have had to show up in person to get a reply more than once. I asked for a quote to add on a new policy and they never even called me back! That was the final straw. I canceled my insurance with them almost two months ago. After 3 phone calls and countless e-mails It still has not been canceled. Working with Gibb Insurance has been nothing short of a frustrating experience. I would not recommend them.

Horrible experience. After a very unprofessional conversation w/ their agent “Michelle”, I called to speak with the “manager” Mrs. Gibbs. That was a waste of time. Mrs. Gibbs lied about occurrences and refused to take accountability for their lack of communication. It’s so unfortunate that the business lacks the commitment to providing the basics of customer service (I.e effective communication) but to also lack professionalism as well is mind blowing. You’re better off researching insurance and doing the footwork yourself.

Great customer service. Friendly personnel. Excited to find out they also provide memberships for legal services and identity theft protection services for my business and for my family.

They do terrible business, hardly ever in their office, they're rude and obnoxious.
