They wouldn’t pay for a new roof so I paid out of pocket for top of the line roof. As a result, they rewarded me with a non renew after 20 years of loyalty. Do NOT trust your home to these crooks.

I’ve attempted 3 claims, one never got a response, one they handled and the 3rd they informed me they raised the deductible to 3% without my knowledge for natural damage. IE storm blew over a tree, blocking my entire back yard and destroying a property fence. Outraged I wasn’t given a better heads up after years of being loyal. I attempted to call and a lady answered and never would give me a definitive answer about my coverage. Seemed she had no clue and instead of looking into my coverage to give me an answer, blew me off. I had to call back and talk to Jenna who was actually very helpful and the only reason they get a 2 star. Still recommend looking elsewhere where a deal made is upheld and not changed without a proper phone call.
