Gerardo Varela: Allstate Insurance

Im extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of customer service provided by this agency. I have been calling for more than a week to speak with Gabriela Martinez regarding my homeowner's policy and car insurance . Initially, she assured me that she would be working on getting me a better quote, but when I didn't hear from her, I called on a daily basis. All I got was excuses I know insurance is very expensive these days, but never had a simple call back from this lady. I will definitely NOT recommend for anyone to use this agency

I have been calling for more than a week to speak with my agent, Karol, regarding my homeowner's policy . Initially, she assured me that she would be working on getting me a better quote, but when I didn't hear from her, I called on a daily basis. All I got was excuses from the receptionist. My policy is set to expire and I've still to receive a call back. We've had our insurance for years with this agency with the previous owner, and had a different agent named May, who was very quick to respond to our questions and needs. I know insurance is very expensive these days, but a simple call back from Karol if even to say that there wasn't much she could do would have been the profession

At first, the service to sell me the health insurance policy with Aetna was good. But once the sale was completed, the service turned awful. Mrs. Sandra Varela assured me that she would take care of canceling my previous policy, and I trusted her word. Turns out she never did, and now I have to pay over $800 in taxes because of her negligence. She never sent me a proof of cancellation, and the worst part is that she never answered the phone. I tried reaching out several times to clarify the situation, but she simply ignored me. She didn’t answer my calls or messages for two weeks, and when she finally did, she washed her hands of the situation, telling me it wasn’t her fault and that she had no proof of the cancellation. She even claimed to have lost all the information on her phone—pure

Varela insurance is a completely dishonest organization that is currently extorting me and my family. They’ve been stealing my money for over a year now by charging me for multiple vehicles I do not own. Despite numerous attempts to fix the situation they refuse to adjust the policy and have illegally taken thousands and thousands of dollars in illegitimate premiums. Every time I speak to these crooks they say they will remove the vehicles but then auto enroll them again. This has been going on for more than a year. It’s criminal. Companies such as Allstate and these third party rackets have been taking advantage of consumers for decades and now with the digitalization of customer services it’s hit an all time extreme.
