Been with Farm Bureau for 40 years and Georgia Farm Bureau Springfield Ga for 20 of the 40. Always had vehicle and home owners. They have always been very helpful and easy to work with. Through the good and bad always took good care of us! A special thanks to Adam!
Member for years…..horrible experience. They canceled a home owner policy without notifying me or mortgage company. I found out because they mailed me my membership fee back in June. Policy canceled in August 2021 for non payment of membership fees. Long story short- they stopped writing that “type” of policy. New policy was 4x more. They used to have all of my insurance for homes and automobiles. They called me today to ask if I wanted to pay my membership fee…..to help with their cause.
Worst experience i have ever had with an insurance company. Refused to replace shingles on half the house after a hurricane, that side not replaced is now leaking all the way down. Called on a Monday and have not heard a word in 5 days. Could not even get the adjuster to come out, now paying at my expense, so sad .
I have had my car and home insurance with GFB for over 28 years. They treat me like family and have been there for me when I needed them.
The people are very kind and courteous from the office staff to the agents!
