I purchased car insurance with them in March this year (2024) and I decided to make monthly payments instead of full payment. But now, for my surprise I am been charged $5 extra every month for a service fee (because of the monthly payment option) that was never mentioned before, not even in the quote that I received from them that specifically shows the price for monthly payments. And even after sending them back the document that proves it wasn’t mentioned, they are not waiving the fee. I know it is “only” $5 dollars, but in the end of 6 months it is a big difference than the final price they gave me in the beginning. So I definitely do NOT recommend this company, because they are totally unclear about their fees and have no intention of repairing their own mistakes with their customers.

I have been with them since 2007 and I moved out and I called and told them they canceled my regular house insurance without notice. Darryl now refuses to cancel my flood insurance. I had leak in the same house and they said mmy insurance didnt cover it Hes a cheat

Haven't had to file claim so no idea how that would be. Agents are timely and helpful with responses. Only issue I have is I get my bill 7-10 days before it's due. I mail it immediately next day but still get notices about payment being late. I'm not the post office, therefore I have no control on how slowly or quickly they operate. Send the bill earlier like every other company!!!

Dealt with an agent at this office this morning, incredibly unprofessional and down right rude! We were just trying to get proof of coverage and a lienholder correction and Darryl Dunham was speaking over me, speaking down to me, and unhelpful.

Taking to claim specialist only found out the claim quote over email never received a call and they ended the rental car without even telling me I found out from enterprise. But they scheduled the rental care. Do not recommend wasting your time. Communication is terrible
