I have had some riddled experiences with farm bureau in the past...they used to be personalized and I had an agent I could go to for anything... You go to an 800 number now... You can go to your agent but you end up with the same thing talking to someone in the distance via your agent... I don't like the changes that have been made... Nevertheless in Crawford county we got a new agent Brent in the last few years and I've had good experiences with him thus the four stars otherwise it would have been one...
