ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING business practice. I am a U.S. citizen and my wife is a legal permanent resident — not undocumented, not temporary, but a lawful resident of this country. I simply wanted to insure my home and three vehicles, and I was told that EVERY member of my household must be a U.S. citizen for us to be insured. What kind of business operates like this??? That is beyond unreasonable — it is blatantly discriminatory. My wife lives here legally, pays taxes, follows the law, and contributes to this country just like anyone else, yet she’s being treated as if she doesn’t belong. This is without question the most offensive, exclusionary, and discriminatory business practice I have ever personally encountered. I called the office to get a quote for auto and homeowners. The employees are the most friendly individuals. Very informative about options available. They carefully and fully explained details. They worked with me to get the best rate. Highly recommend!!

What a complete waste of time. I should have read the previous reviews before obtaining insurance. The Lawrenceville office has the rudest employees. The main office in Macon is even worse. The rudeness is something mentioned in other reviews. Obviously they don’t care because, the same people are working there. Natalie in the Lawrenceville office and the other lady her name begins with an A. In Macon Diana was just a ray of sunshine……not. Stay away from them.
