They have been the worst Wanted to give them a zero but had to give a 1 star so I could write a review Kendra Evan’s doesn’t keep you informed and her supervisor whom she said would call today never called I was told her name was Ms. Nelson. I was told I could not have her extension she would be told to give me a call and Nothing…This company is the worst insurance company I have ever had to deal with in all my years of driving. Save yourself the hassle and headache. They ignore everything and leave you waiting and wondering about your vehicle. Terrible customer service!

Customer service is the worst I have experienced in my 50 years of business. Literally ignored by the adjuster. Will not communicate. Called 800 number. Nice lady. Had that guy call me right away only to be back on ignore. Hiring a lawyer

The Georgia Farm Bureau Agent is very knowledgeable about every aspect of the insurance business. He also knew how to answer my questions in a way that I could understand. This place helped me make a decision in the financing of a pre-owned vehicle at an interest rate that fitted my budget. Of course, I had to have a good credit score.
