When I first joined Farm Bureau many years ago it was a delight to have insurance with them. Recently there was an increase in my insurance and I could not understand why. When I called the office the receptionist was nice, and has always been nice, had to connect me to arrogant Kimberly
Kim Ansley is an arrogant person......not sure why she chose her profession as an insurance agent. I would not recommend her to anyone which is unfortunate since Farm Bureau is a good company.
Great insurance company and great friendly people.
From the receptionist to the agents, everyone is extraordinary pleasant and helpful
