Best I’ve found! Not even a fair comparison when you consider the level of customer service and coverage they offer. Taylor’s the best! I switched everything to GFB. Home, auto, business, equipment and life all under one roof. 10/10

Called on Mon to speak with the agent I was told he would be back in an hour. Waited 2hrs called back again. Was told he hadn't made it back in the office he was out taking pictures. Ok still need him to call me. I was told they had the message and he would call. It is now after business hours on Fri and I still have NOT received a phone call. I have had home owners with them for 24 years and this is the service I received. NOT acceptable! I was gonna move my auto policy and get renters insurance from them put apparently they don't need the business. I am not calling names but the office is on Armour Road.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I worked with them for months on lowering our car insurance because I wanted to stay with them due to the excellent service I received in the past with my previous agent. He's now retired, and the service has gone downhill. They couldn’t meet our car insurance needs, but I decided to stay based on our previous experiences. I would not recommend this company based on poor customer service. It isn't important to our local office any longer. I will be finding a new company for our homeowner's insurance.

I've been a customer with Georgia Farm Bureau for over 4 years, so of course they were my number choice when looking for coverage for my new home. The agents where so nice and accommodating and I thank them for that! I brought them other quotes to use in comparison and GFB matched every quote and even added more coverage. I was very pleased with the customer service and quotes I received. Home buying can be an exhausting and tedious experience, so I appreciate the GFB family for helping make my experience a good one on their end! They have gained a lifetime customer.

Spoke to Philiip or Bill at Farm Bureau pertaining a new insurance quote for homeowners regarding a purchase. There ability to provide quotes or reilable customer service is completely negative. Had to call the insurance agent once again the next day for a reminder after he explain on the phone he will have quotes and give me a call back which he never did. I call the agent for a reminder to send quotes, but never received the quotes or a call back. If they start with obvious bad customer service imaging what would be regarding claims or renewals. I will contact the companies directly because they are unreliable. Would not recommend this insurance agency to no one.
