One star because it was Ok at first… I’m been with this insurance for a little over a year; hadn’t two cars one full coverage another liability only… paying over$200 and that was ok for me. Then dropped the full coverage and kept the liability only and I’m paying almost $190. Called the main number and they recommended me to contact my agent. Well she is the reason I’m upset. I had personally go to the office few times and she’s not there. Left messages never got a call back. Called Americus office, got new and cheaper quotes with them while Mrs Crystal( my agent) was on vacation. She was supposed to received a messy from the Americus agent and then call me back and she never did. (No message sent) well I called her few was later after that, explained everything, she was supposed to call m
They could stand to have a few more discounts for senior citizens and long time members, but other than that they are a great insurance company with pleasant employee's
