I’ve had an excellent experience securing small business coverage through George Chadwick Insurance. I came into the process with only a vague idea of what I needed, asked countless questions, and even changed my mind a few times along the way. Through it all, my agent, Raigan, was consistently friendly, supportive, and helpful. She took the time to truly understand my business, found the best coverage at a competitive price, and made sure I felt confident and fully protected.

Poor service, no follow up. They also can't properly find the best deal; I got more coverage at a lower price from a different agent. Insurance company was pulling out of NC, they knew a month ago and just sent me one email. I didn't catch that email, so didn't know in time. They never even called after I told them their emails were going to spam. They've previously flat out lied to me, told me that they never receive policy cancellation letters. Lastly, when I did have a question about my coverage, they told me to just call the insurance company directly; the insurance company wouldn't answer my questions because they said I have to go through my agent. Just go elsewhere, it's not worth the stress and hassle.

When I bought my condo in downtown Wilmington three years ago I was not sure what kind of owner's insurance I would need so I took your recommendation for an HO6 policy from UPC Insurance. When Florence hit I sustained damage from wind driven rain to my hardwood floor. I called for an adjuster who showed up with in a couple of days or less. When I left town for two weeks I was told that the Owner's Association policy on the building would not pay for my claim. When I got back I had a check waiting from UPC. In the end the building policy paid but I must say it was comforting to know that I was covered no matter what. Thanks for your advice and great service.
