Called for an auto quote, Sabrina took my call and she could really use some customer service training or maybe she was having a bad day. She was very rude, I called Brightway Insurance right after and they're much friendlier so I will be doing business with them.

Ask for Sabrina she is awesome. Very quick to get you covered without a 1000 annoying questions. She just saved me $127 a month and saved $52 on my down payment for two drivers and two cars from what I would have paid on the policy I already had. Other companies wanted $200 more down. Best experience with an insurance agent ever. Hope she is getting paid too dollar she deserves it. I have no patience dealing with insurance agent. She made it all painless, efficient and fast!!!
