Garzella Group

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Garzella Group and would strongly caution others before working with them. My annual premium was misquoted, which resulted in material financial damages on my end. What should have been a straightforward and transparent process turned into a costly mistake due to inaccurate information provided by their team. Communication throughout the process was poor. Due to their lack of professionalism prior to this situation, I actually had already removed 5 separate policy’s from them. What is most frustrating is that neither Garzella Group nor Homeowners of America took accountability in resolving the issue. Aaron Semaan got me quote from garzell, Aaron is from arcstone insurance advisor, which is directly connect to garzell from my understanding. Aaron claimed garzell was the only insurance company willing to give me general liability insurance and they only offer upfront full year premium policy purchasing. Told me only big insurance companies offer monthly installments. Told me all the other companies denial my insurance application. Then he told me they offer financing to pay the full annual premium up front. It sounded predatory so I told him I’d shop around to make sure that is normal. Called nationwide and they got me general liability insurance within twenty minutes with monthly installment payments and a low annual premium rate.

They were good in the past but after no phone calls, updates, lack of help, concern and communication have had to move on from them

Currently in process of shopping for a different broker/ insurance agent. I have had issues with them for past 3 years but continued to give them a chance because my company was partnered with sending them referrals. Issue 1. Last year when I purchased my second property. they missed something which caused my insurance to get cancelled and didn’t send me any notification. I had a plumbing issue 3 months after purchasing property and realized my house wasn’t insured it was cancelled by mistake they made. I received no notification. It was nearly impossible to get a hold of my agent. My company was partnered with them so I had my boss reach out to the main boss and was assigned a new agent. If I didn’t have those ties at time I’m sure i wouldn’t have received any kind of response. Issue

The Garzella group is awesome. The people working for them and their constant want to help someone out. Jacob Gulley did a fantastic job bundling my auto and home insurance. I truly was at my wits end. I spoke to Jacob for a solid 15 mins and he had hooked me up with an awesome bundled package. Great people and great service at the Garzella Group Thanks Jacob!
