I recently had a claim on a car accident where my car was a total loss (rear-ended by someone).  The car rental was only for seven days, and I needed to look for a car replacement immediately. Fortunately, I found one and had an appointment at the car dealer on a Friday night. I communicated this to Paul Lacroix. I had to surrender the title and keys of my wrecked car to immediately take action in the processing and transferring of the claim funds. The summer hours of Gary Winkler’s office were closed on Saturdays. However, Paul offered to come in on a Saturday to complete the surrender of my old car’s documents and reassured me that he was there to provide relief in my difficult situation. We recently had a fire damage spread from our neighbor. State Farm claim Rep came timely and my loss taken care before they tried to get the fund back from the responsible company.
