Lily is the absolute best. I had a nightmare situation with my last insurance company and Lily made everything so easy. If I could give more stars I would.

If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. My mother has been with State Farm for over 40 years. This was her insurance agent and her policy was dropped with no warning or notice. No phone call. No letter. Just dropped her without her knowledge. They didn’t even care when she called to ask about it. This is how they treat their customers?? This is not the first time I’ve heard of State Farm doing this to people. Do yourself a favor and go with literally any other insurance company besides State Farm. State Farm over charges everyone. Literally any other company gives way better rates and don’t drop you without notice.
