"You're In Good Hands " with All State is true! I've been with All State for many years and I am yet to feel discouraged with their care for me. The agents are caring and interested in the client's well being and coverage. Auto and Earthquake are two coverages that I, personally, have for myself. However, there is "Life Insurance " coverage, too and many other types of coverage. "Drive Wise " has taught me how to drive safely, again. After 57 years of driving, I became less attentative to correct driving habits. "Drive Wise " is a pleasant and constant reminder of how I am driving... I have been with allstate for years now I believe about 6 or 7 years. I started my policy with the allstate number directly and they transferred me to this agency. To make this review short and to the point. This agency is top notch I have several policies with them and every time I need to change something they are fast and friendly. Susan or Jessica normally answer and follow up. As long as they keep doing what they have for the last year's I will stay with them. By the way their rates are the best.

Allstate doubled my insurance for what was listed as a minor violation in their paperwork. Aside from this, I have never had an accident or ticket since I joined them. When i called the office to discuss this, my call was fielded by a woman who couldn't care less, and had the charm and attitude of a DMV employee. No matter how much of your overpriced monthly payments they spend on expensive commercials, you're not in good hands with Allstate.

I've been a customer since I got married 16 years ago and my wife was with Gary before that. I have never had anything but positive experiences with Allstate and this office. Susan has always been pleasant and helpful.

I always received great customer service when I need help with a claim, additional information regarding my policy, and easy access in the mobile app. The agent that I am assigned to always helps or directs me to someone that can help me out to answer my questions.
