I have been a client of Gary Hughes State Farm Insurance Agency for seven years. I am beyond happy with the excellent service and professionalism exhibited by each and every person working there. Ive been working with Wendy to resolve all of my insurance needs as time goes on. She is always beyond pleasant, communicative, expedient, professional and perfectly knowledgeable about every aspect of the insurance business. She always responds immediately if I need assistance. Even with insurance rates rising these days, I would never switch insurance agencies because I know that this State Farm Agency treats me like a family member and has my best interests at the forefront of their concern in resolving any situations that may arise. I’ve had the worst experience with this agency. They first didn’t have the correct information on adding a new policy and delayed getting coverage for over a month. Secondly, I received a Suspension notice for cancellation of my coverage. After spending 4 hours at the DMV, they told me that Statefarm cancelled my insurance for no reason and reinstated the next day. Besides the incompetence of the office, they never apologized or offered any explanation or assistance. I would strongly recommend not doing business with this office. Their callous attitude is unfortunate.
