I've had the pleasure of working with Nancy with Gary Gilmore's State Farm Agency for my insurance needs, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service and professionalism she's provided. Just recently someone mistakenly tried to change my address on a vehicle insurance policy. Nancy promptly called me to verify and once we determined it was an error she immediately had the situation corrected. Thanks to Nancy, I feel confident knowing my coverage and security needs are expertly managed.

The ladies at the office, Ms. Nancy and Ms. Deborah are such great help. We've had our auto policies with state farm for a few years now, and they're such friendly ladies. They're always such a joy to talk to.

Just want to say I so much appreciate all those at this location have helped me with questions & my policy - Ms Haliegh - Ms Debra & recently Ms Nancy - I received excellent care from Ms Nancy during a time when my father had passed away & had to take care of updating my car insurance - she walked me through my policy & helped me make needed changes also the office was so kind to send me a card after my Dad's passing - I am thankful for them & their care - God bless
