Good Luck cancelling a policy with this location! They will tell you that you never cancelled and they will continue to charge you. Apparently this location NEVER makes mistakes. They never forget to cancel a policy when asked to, they would never forget to put a policy cancellation in their notes. They are the perfect State Farm location, and they NEVER make mistakes! Arielle Greer keeps copious notes, but didn't include the cancellation in her notes, that's not copious note-taking. "ALL customers are LIARS" according to Gary Cramer. To be such a loyal customer to this State Farm location for 2+ years, (never missed a payment) and then to be called a Liar when trying to cancel my policy is nothing but egregious. Some sort of compromise or help with this would have been the right thing to

I am having so many issues with my state farm claim. Right now state farm is denying part of my repair claiming that since I was hit from behind they won't fix any damages on the front of the car. However, the impact pushed me onto the concrete barrier. I have no idea what State Farm agents do because Gary has not helped me at all. If you know of any agents that help their clients, please let me know. I would love to move my policy!

I've had all my insurance policies here with this office for over a year. Anytime I've called them with questions, I have dealt with Katie who is consistently super professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone shopping around for insurance. They will definitely take care of you!

For some reason this office never gets things right the first time, so you have to double check everything. Seems to have improved a bit in their new location, and they have added a fee new people. Long time ago was told that Gary was going to meet us on a Saturday, and stood us up with lots of excuses.
