Gary Bock - State Farm Insurance Agent

If there were a zero-star option for Gary Bock, that is what I would leave. I had a very disappointing experience working with Gary Bock. The service was unorganized and frustrating from start to finish. I was initially overcharged due to a misquote and never received the proper refund. Instead of refunding my debit card, I was offered a gift card as a “refund,” which is not an acceptable solution. I also paid my policy in full and was told no monthly payment would be taken from my account, yet it was still charged and I had to wait to get that money back. There were multiple administrative errors as well — drivers’ names were misspelled or completely incorrect, drivers I asked to remove were not removed, and some were even added back without being requested. I gave a full week’s notice

Gary Bock is the personification of "Like a good neighbor" He breaks down policies, coverages, and details without ever making you feel rushed or overwhelmed. You can tell he takes pride in his work. From what i can tell, it gives him a purpose/meaning to be able to help those who come into his office. That is a positive quality in any person you meet. He remembers personal details, asks about your family, and treats you *like a good neighbor* rather than just another client. His warm, friendly approach makes every interaction feel comfortable and worthy of trust. I have thoroughly enjoyed our in depth conversations. Whether it's reviewing your coverage, answering questions after hours, or going the extra mile to find the right solutions, he never makes you feel like you're on the clock.

Gary Bock and his State Farm staff have been extraordinary by immediately letting me know when someone from another county had fraudulently reported that my car hit their car in a parking lot. They called me and asked if I had had been in the town on that date, if I had hit this other car and whether I had any damage to mine. I advised I had not been involved nor had I been in the town at that time and that my car did not have any damage at all. They also greatly assisted me this fall when I had a water service line sever under a newly installed bathroom cabinet. Gary himself advised for me to call a local loss mitigation specialist quickly and my general contractor, whose insurance is now covering my situation. It’s great to know State Farm and Gary was there for me to help with questions
