We were on the receiving end of a hit and skip while out of town for work in Columbus two months ago. The police were amazing and gave us the report, but were really only able to provide us with the license plate of the driver. They were unsuccessful in contacting the person. We paid the deductible and figured we would never see that money recovered. However, Garry and the State Farm headquarters were amazing to work with and actually tracked down the driver and were able to recover our entire deductible! We could not be happier!
