CAITIE MARSHALL as usual was wonderful. She answered my questions quickly, showing great knowledge, efficiency, politeness, and above all a warm and caring personality with a smile and laugh that makes everyone feel special. She really made my day and if was not retired this is the type of person I would hire on the spot. Every time she answered the phone in all the previous times it was always with such a warm and pleasant voice that showed right away that she really cares and made me feel that my questions were of the most importance for her, and she always had the answers. State farm is lucky to have such a super star working for them. I always look forward chatting with her, it is always a pleasure, and she ALWAYS have the answers and the proper advice.

Between having claims taken cared of this year and being informed of new products, I have only positive feedback for State Farm. This agency has served my insurance needs for 10 years now. Today I had a phone conference with Brendan about my policies to see if all my needs are taken care of. He was friendly and informative. That adds to my confidence that I’m well-covered.

I needed assistance updating my card information, and Caitie Marshall did an excellent job helping me with the process. She also assisted me in locating my Declarations on the app. When we were unable to find them there, she promptly emailed the documents to me. I truly appreciate her professionalism and support. I had to talk to CM today about a renter's insurance issue and it was resolved very quickly! She was knowledgeable and helpful, easy to talk to and made the exchange so pleasant. My overall experience over the years with this office had been very positive. Thank you, Schafer Team!
