Been with this company for a couple years and have always had issues. Was once told to 'shut up and let me talk' by one of their employees, that should have been my sign to run. Happy to have finally made the move to switch over to a better, more attentive company that wants our business.

Nothing but trouble since I had to change insurance back in July. Assured that the agency would send the information to my mortgage company (didn't happen and was almost canceled). Assured that my car insurance would be updated (wasn't). Can't ever reach my producer and his assistants are less than motivated to help. Sent multiple emails and left messages. I've done more work to get the new policies than the company has. Counting down days until we can change to a different agency.

My interactions with this company left much to be desired. When they were privately owned and and not a part of an investment group designed to assimilate small insurance brokerage companies, I had a much better experience. Formally this was the Naught Naught insurance agency before they were acquired. When they were Naught Naught, I felt my broker actively worked for me and searched to make sure I had the best insurance for my money and would re-shop my insurance each year. AssuredPartners did not do this,
