I wish I did not have to deal with this company The reviews are not good. The lack of professionalism. The multi phone calls that went unanswered. Not returned. Have to repeat yourself multiple times. Being transferred to multiple people to handle your claim. Treated like a hot potato... Kept being passed around. If your reading this. Your probably upset, and or haven't been helped. When i called and complained about person that was suppose to be helping. This is when I received a phone call back. The person said. "That I am busy " I said.... "Im going to limp for the rest of my life, and this is what you say Your answer is unacceptable !!! You might have a better chance at the casino. What a waste of time

This place shouldn’t even be given one star, I was in a car accident in a company vehicle with multiple injuries. I was not seen by a doctor for my Head injury for almost 7 months and when I was finally seen by the specialist, he made some recommendations and they were turned down. Furthermore, they made me go from Hanford all the way to Monterey to see the doctor because they claim it’s the only doctor they have in their network. One of my other injuries is a fractured tailbone and having to drive 3 1/2 hours to see a doctor with a fractured tailbone is just ridiculous. When you were seeing a doctor for a work related injury, the treatment that you receive in the service that you receive is absolutely horrible. This company is the worst to deal with. Multiple calls and voicemails and no return. Instead a letter lol your company is a joke. I hope you go under. Do not do business here.

Patricia Gomez is one of the reps for this company and she is terribly rude and disrespectful. She threatened me today to keep funds which are owed to me from GB. Patricia should not be in a professional based position at all. Every human serves respect! Just terrible.

Terrible! It pretty much is impossible to get in contact with any of the reps in this company. And when you do, it's like your claim is being passed from person to person with no communication or accountability on who actually is working on your claim. If you have a claim open with them, good luck is all I have to say. It has been months since I've heard from anyone to help me with my claim. If you can avoid them, please do.
