I've gone here for car insurance and for tax returns and Manuel and his employees are always helpful and kind. I would even sometimes call to check up on my tax returns and they would kindly help me over the phone(at no extra charge!). Do recommend

I have been trying to cancel my auto policy # #42AU000602601. for over a week to be Effective 8-4-20 but I call the mailbox has not been set up to leave a message, i try to get a fax # they don't have one or it isn't working , I ask for an email who knows if they received it I never get a confirmation. all i want to do is confirm that my policy is canceled and i will not be charged. so this will show as proof that i requested to cancel before the due date of 8/4/20. If your looking for great insurance at a great price check out the Silva Farmers Insurance agency of Hampton next to the Discount tire in Dallas. They took the time to explain to me my coverage's and didn't just take my money. I wish i could give negative stars but I cant worst insurance company I've ever dealt with.
