I’ve been with State Farm for over 30 years, and when my longtime agent retired, I was honestly disappointed because I was so fond of the staff. I was then placed with Gai Allen’s agency, and it has been a wonderful experience. I’ve worked with Ola Williams several times, and she is an absolute delight to work with. We immediately connected and even exchanged photos through email for a personal introduction since she wasn’t in the local office at the time, which meant a lot to me. Ola has been proactive, making notes to follow up and ensure my payments stay on track since I have multiple vehicles. I was looking to lower my auto insurance and I called state farm and was connected to Ola Williams and I'm so glad I did she has great energy first of all and she got me right she was very knowledge and so nice she was able to lower my policy and she informed me that I would have more benefits then my last company.
