The 5 star is only for Mario. I had problems with my insurance adjuster for a house fire and Mario was able to connect me to their manager promptly. He also have experience with cars and is very knowledgeable about car insurance and helped educate me about auto insurance. He was very patient and understanding in educating a newbie like me. Yes, this guy deserves a raise especially since the holiday is coming up.
