I'd like to thank GM and Associates for the excellent service they provided me last month. Mr. Maria’s professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of my claim quickly exceeded my expectations. Each member of his team showed me such a commitment to great customer service. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with you for years to come! Gratefully.

They helped me with my hurricane claim. They lacked good communication and sufficient notice for inspections. Also, the secretary at first would answer un- professionally and unexperienced. All in all they did the job and I got my deserved claim award. I had to stay on top of my case and stay informed. They tried to sell me additional services, which I declined. They don't inmediately state the additional costs involved, which is based on your insurance contract and what they cover. Although they seem to need better management, they helped me through and through and cooperated with me. I was patient enough to complete my services with them after a year and it all worked out fine.

These guys are the ultimate professionals.They helped me from the beginning to the end of my claim. I have recommended GM & Associates to a few of my friends and they are very happy with the service. I did not have to pay anything until the insurance paid me.

These people don't know what they're doing and they're extremely unprofessional. The associates will tell you one thing and the owner will say something else. I knew nothing about insurance claims before dealing with these people. They're the reason I now know that a claim cannot be open nor will it get paid out if the work is already done. Scam scam scam. Their contract isn't even specific so they try to make things up as they go to screw you over even further. Do yourselves a favor and go through your own insurance to open a claim. I can't give it less stars but I would.

I have been a client of GM and Associates for several years. whenever I need help with a claim, there are always ready to help. The entire staff is very professional and I highly recommend them.
