Great insurance company! I hate dealing with claim adjusters and they handle everything from the first point of contact when we have a claim, they turn it in, manage the claim process and follow up after the claim is complete. Especially helpful right now that I have 3 properties with different claims. Also they give us competitive bids from many different carriers to ensure that our properties are covered both with a good carrier but also with our bottom line in mind. And they are LOCAL. I can talk to the owner anytime I need. (Which really never comes up)
They are helpful and have been wonderful to work with for all our insurance needs.
