If I could give it 0 stars I would. This lady was rude amd hung up on me! She was too lazy to make a five-minute phone call to Progressive to cancel someone's policy. She gave incorrect information and really should not be selling insurance.

It’s Florida. You don’t have tons of choice of insurers. They wouldn’t be able to compete outside that state.

The worst insurance agency I've ever had and I've heard, I don't recommend it to anyone. They don't help you, they don't explain anything to you, and to top it off they even stop you from answering, God bless them and the bad time they put me, our family and our company through, they will pay for it one day because KARMA exists and that damage It is not done to anyone, much less to people who want to get ahead.
