I created a ticket because my cables were disconnected due to a car accident and they cancelled my ticket saying that the problem was fixed while the cables were still lying in my front yard.Then I was told a technician will come and never showed up. My ticket was cancelled because they sent a text message while I was working away from my cellphone and if I did not answer KEEP within one hour. they assumed my problem is fixed and my ticket was cancelled because I was busy working .How do they expect me to answer a text message while I was working without access to my phone within one hour of receiving the message?. I don’t have my cellphone on me all the time. It is just one tool to comunícate not my hand or an organ that I have with me all the time.The miscommunication is disappointing I
