We had Kelly for a representative and I have never dealt with a nicer insurance person before. She did a great job and was extremely friendly. Also very helpful and getting the pictures taken care of and receiving our policy cards. She went way out of her way to contact me, several times considering I missed her call several times due to being at work. Just wanted to say thank you to Kelly and the outstanding customer service.
