Freeway Insurance

Prior to speaking with Gracie I had spoken to an agent who was less than kind and ended up hanging up on me. It was strange because that has never happened to me before on a call just to change something on my insurance policy. When I addressed my issue with Gracie she listened and was kind and courteous helped me with taking care of the reason I called in the first place and was able to provide wonderful customer service. Unfortunately these days good customer service seems to be rare and when I spoke with Gracie I felt extremely comfortable as well as appreciated and had all my needs met as far as my insurance was concerned. I would highly recommend speaking to Gracie if you are interested in using freeway insurance agents.
