People please don’t get this insurance, it’s the worst, I was I hit by someone who was on the phone. I called my insurance. They repair my car I gave them $1000.00 deductible they found me not guilty of the accident and they were supposed to returned my $1000.00 back and it’s being almost 4 years and they kept it. They said that the other insurance has not paid them yet there for I can’t get my deductible. The beginning of 2025 my insurance from &180.00 went up $342.00 do to new policy, 6 month later they raised it up another $40 I asked why and they couldn’t tell me. They are a fry

I came here to edit my review because of the bad experience I had with freeway insurance. I was in need of an insurance policy for my vehicle and the agent Jose assisted me on 07/31/2025 but later that same day I found a better rate that would save me money after I contacted Jose to let him know I’d like to cancel and he told me it would be no problem and assured me it would be canceled the same day I guess it was a bad idea to trust this agent because two months later i received a letter in the mail saying my insurance policy was barely canceled and I was still waiting on this refund he promised me then I texted him to inform him about the letter I received and since then he has ignored me.
