As always Alicia Hoover gets me the best rates and is always personable and professional. I initially came in the get a quote on a new policy and Alicia was off but Allison Ortiz was very helpful and knowledgeable. She did as much as she could given her licensure but was able to save everything for Alicia to complete the next day. They were both able to get me a better premium. I definitely give Alicia and her crew top marks!!
