Dawn Mitchell was amazing, patient, and very knowledgeable . She held my hand through the process of upgrading my auto insurance to fit my needs. I wish her services could be duplicated in all service areas, life would be a lot easier. Thanks Dawn for providing me a service that was impeccable.

Dawn was absolutely amazing and helped me so much this afternoon. After almost two days of not being able to get help adding a vehicle to my policy despite being with you all for nearly three years she stepped in and took care of everything. I truly appreciate her kindness, patience, and knowledge in explaining everything so clearly. I will definitely be contacting her again in June and every six months after that to review my policy. She is the best.
